Let's get a few things straight up front: 1) No, we can't pay you. That might change down the road, but we haven't even started construction on that particular road yet. 2) But maybe, if we really like you, this could lead to other actual paying gigs here at Group -- say, for new small-group studies we're developing. 3) And yes, we can at least give a plug for your ministry/ies at the end of your article.

In addition to the length requirements mentioned above, make sure your articles/ideas ARE fresh, specific and idea-oriented. We don't want to just rehash what small-group leaders already know - we want to help them get to the next level. And your contributions can make that happen.
