Instruct group members to find an item to balance on the knife. Now tell them to continue holding the plastic knife, and to stand on one foot. Finally, doing all of the above, each group member should shake the hand of the person standing nearest to them. Now discuss these questions: • How would you compare this exercise to the life you live in today’s culture? • Do you feel like busyness is a problem in your life? Explain.
